Molalla Pioneer

Granted, the Molalla City Council — which is also the Molalla Urban Renewal Agency — has some new members this year, and urban renewal is probably something of a mystery to them.  On the same note, the city hall staff feels a bit overwhelmed, what with interim city managers filling in, and no new full-time replacement yet on board. But the city staff is paid by the citizens of Molalla to take care of city business, and the councilors have been provided with an offer of assistance on urban renewal matters from Canby City Administrator Greg Ellis.
