Molalla Fire District paramedics Mike Penunuri and Jennifer Otter (left) and Mike Berrington and EMT Missy Miller (right) join Clair Keller of Mulino with her new daughter, Declyn, at Willamette Falls Birthing Center. The emergency medical staff delivered the baby en route to the hospital in the back of an ambulance.
